Good Morning Traders! In today's RIPS Morning Memo, we will discuss SPY, QQQ, AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, META, and TSLA.

Our proprietary formula, exclusive to Market Clubhouse, dictates these price levels. This dynamic equation takes into account price, volume, and options flow. These levels are updated every day and shared with all Clubhouse Members, prior to the opening of the market.

We recommend closely monitoring these stocks, and be prepared to leverage potential breakouts or reversals. As always, stay alert and ready to adjust your tactics based on the market's pulse to optimize your trading gains. Now, let's dive into the stock analysis:

SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA: SPY)

SPY is currently trading around 760.00 as markets begin the week with virtually no U.S. economic data and attention already centered on Wednesday's FOMC decision. With markets pricing roughly an 88.5% probability of a 25 basis point rate hike, much of that outcome may already be reflected in positioning, making the Fed's guidance and Chair Warsh's press conference potentially more important than the decision itself. If buyers defend 760.00, a move toward 766.00 may develop, followed by 772.00 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 778.00 would improve the short term structure.

If SPY loses 760.00 with conviction, sellers may press into 754.00. A breakdown there could expose 748.00, while continued weakness may bring the 742.00 region into focus. With the major catalyst still two sessions away, today's market could be driven primarily by positioning, Treasury yields, and technical levels as traders adjust exposure ahead of the Fed.

Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 (NASDAQ: QQQ)

QQQ is currently trading around 704.50 and should remain particularly sensitive to changes in Treasury yields as markets position for the possibility of another rate increase Wednesday. If buyers defend this pivot, price may advance toward 711.50, followed by 718.50 if momentum strengthens. Sustained strength above 725.50 would begin repairing the recent short term weakness.

If 704.50 fails to hold, sellers may drive price toward 698.00. A deeper breakdown could expose 691.50, while continued weakness may bring the 685.00 region into play. Growth stocks could remain especially sensitive to any meaningful repricing of the expected Fed path before Wednesday.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL)

AAPL is currently trading around 333.75 and continues to demonstrate considerable relative strength compared with the broader technology complex. If buyers defend this pivot, price may rotate toward 339.00, followed by 344.25 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 349.50 would reinforce the bullish short term structure.

If 333.75 breaks lower, sellers may test 328.75 quickly. Continued downside pressure could extend into 323.75, while deeper weakness may bring the 318.75 region into focus. Continued outperformance while QQQ remains under pressure would remain a constructive indication of institutional demand.

Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT)

MSFT is currently trading around 498.00 and sitting directly beneath the psychologically important 500 level. If buyers reclaim and establish acceptance above that area, price may advance toward 505.00, followed by 512.00 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 519.00 would materially improve the short term structure.

If 498.00 fails to hold, sellers may press into 491.00. A deeper pullback could test 484.00, while continued weakness may bring the 477.00 region into play. With rate expectations front and center this week, the reaction around 500 should provide a useful read on institutional appetite for large cap technology.

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA)

NVDA is currently trading around 213.25 and remains an important leadership gauge for semiconductors and QQQ. If buyers defend this pivot, a move toward 220.25 may develop, followed by 227.25 if momentum strengthens. Sustained trade above 234.25 would improve the short term structure and indicate renewed semiconductor participation.

If 213.25 fails to hold, sellers may test 207.25 quickly. Continued downside could bring the psychological 200 area into focus, followed by 195.25 if weakness accelerates. Given NVDA's sensitivity to rates and risk appetite, Wednesday's Fed decision could be particularly important for the stock.

Alphabet Inc Class A (NASDAQ: GOOGL)

GOOGL is currently trading around 345.00 and attempting to extend its recent stabilization after a prolonged period of relative weakness. If buyers defend this level, price may rotate toward 351.50, followed by 358.00 if momentum improves. Sustained strength above 364.50 would indicate a more meaningful recovery.

If 345.00 fails to hold, sellers may guide price toward 339.00. A breakdown there could expose 333.00, while continued weakness may bring the 327.00 region into play. Relative performance against QQQ remains particularly important as GOOGL attempts to repair its recent underperformance.

Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ: META)

META is currently trading around 664.50 and continues to demonstrate significant relative strength after extending its recovery well above the 600 area. If buyers defend this pivot, a push toward 672.50 may develop, followed by 680.50 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 688.50 would reinforce the bullish structure and continued institutional demand.

If 664.50 breaks lower, sellers may guide price toward 657.00. A deeper pullback could test 649.50, while continued weakness may bring the 642.00 region into focus. META's continued outperformance remains one of the stronger relative strength signals among the mega caps.

Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA)

TSLA is currently trading around 359.75 and continues to consolidate within its recent recovery structure. If buyers defend this pivot, a move toward 368.25 may develop, followed by 376.75 if momentum continues. Sustained strength above 385.25 would reinforce bullish momentum and indicate stronger speculative demand.

If 359.75 fails to hold, sellers may test 351.75 quickly. Continued downside pressure could extend into 343.75, while deeper weakness may bring the 335.75 region into play. With the macro calendar quiet today, technical positioning and broader risk sentiment could have greater influence on TSLA.

Final Word: Today's economic calendar kicks off the week with extremely limited U.S. data, leaving the market's attention firmly focused on Wednesday's FOMC rate decision and Fed Chair Kevin Warsh's subsequent press conference. Canadian CPI and Manufacturing Sales arrive at 8:30AM ET, while the only notable U.S. event is the Treasury's 3 and 6 Month Bill Auction at 11:30AM ET. With so little domestic data scheduled, Treasury yields, positioning, and expectations surrounding Wednesday's Fed decision should dominate today's macro backdrop.

Markets are currently assigning roughly an 88.5% probability to a 25 basis point rate hike, meaning the hike itself is largely anticipated. That makes the more important question what comes next. Traders will be listening closely to Warsh's press conference for any indication of whether Wednesday represents a one-off adjustment or the beginning of a broader tightening cycle. His characterization of inflation, labor conditions, financial conditions, and the threshold for additional hikes could matter considerably more than the expected 25 basis point move itself.

That setup also creates the possibility of a classic "priced-in" reaction. If the Fed delivers the expected hike but Warsh sounds less hawkish about additional tightening, Treasury yields could fall even though rates were just increased. Conversely, an expected hike accompanied by guidance suggesting additional tightening remains likely could push yields higher and pressure rate-sensitive areas of the market. With the decision still two sessions away, today's trading may therefore be dominated by pre-FOMC positioning rather than fresh fundamental information. Good luck and trade safely!
