Good Morning Traders! In today's RIPS Morning Memo, we will discuss SPY, QQQ, AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, META, and TSLA.
Our proprietary formula, exclusive to Market Clubhouse, dictates these price levels. This dynamic equation takes into account price, volume, and options flow. These levels are updated every day and shared with all Clubhouse Members, prior to the opening of the market.
We recommend closely monitoring these stocks, and be prepared to leverage potential breakouts or reversals. As always, stay alert and ready to adjust your tactics based on the market's pulse to optimize your trading gains. Now, let's dive into the stock analysis:
SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA: SPY)
SPY is currently trading around 777.25 as markets close out an unusually quiet macro week with consumer sentiment and inflation expectations providing the main scheduled catalyst. If buyers defend this level, a move toward 783.25 may develop, followed by 789.25 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 795.25 would reinforce the short term bullish structure and suggest buyers remain comfortable adding exposure into the weekend.
If SPY loses 777.25 with conviction, sellers may press into 771.25. A breakdown there could expose 765.25, while continued weakness may bring the 759.25 region into focus. With few major catalysts remaining, technical levels, Treasury yields, and Friday positioning could have greater influence on the session.
Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 (NASDAQ: QQQ)
QQQ is currently trading around 754.00 and continues to hold a strong structure as technology remains one of the market's primary leadership areas. If buyers defend this pivot, price may advance toward 761.00, followed by 768.00 if momentum strengthens. Sustained strength above 775.00 would indicate continued institutional demand across growth stocks.
If 754.00 fails to hold, sellers may drive price toward 747.50. A deeper breakdown could expose 741.00, while continued weakness may bring the 734.50 region into play. Michigan inflation expectations could matter for technology if they create a meaningful move in Treasury yields, but absent a significant surprise, broader positioning may remain the dominant driver.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL)
AAPL is currently trading around 333.00 and continues to maintain a constructive structure despite recent volatility. If buyers defend this pivot, price may rotate toward 338.25, followed by 343.50 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 348.75 would reinforce the bullish short term structure.
If 333.00 breaks lower, sellers may test 328.00 quickly. Continued downside pressure could extend into 323.00, while deeper weakness may bring the 318.00 region into focus. Relative performance against QQQ should remain useful for evaluating institutional demand.
Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT)
MSFT is currently trading around 528.75 and remains firmly above the psychologically important 500 level. If buyers defend this area, price may advance toward 536.00, followed by 543.25 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 550.50 would reinforce the bullish structure and continued institutional sponsorship.
If 528.75 fails to hold, sellers may press into 521.75. A deeper pullback could test 514.75, while continued weakness may bring the 507.75 region into play. Maintaining acceptance above 500 keeps the broader structure considerably more constructive.
NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA)
NVDA is currently trading around 234.00 and remains an important leadership gauge for semiconductors and the broader technology complex. If buyers defend this pivot, a move toward 241.25 may develop, followed by 248.50 if momentum strengthens. Sustained trade above 255.75 would indicate continued upside expansion and stronger semiconductor participation.
If 234.00 fails to hold, sellers may test 228.00 quickly. Continued downside could extend into 222.00, while deeper weakness may bring the 216.00 region into focus. NVDA's ability to maintain momentum should remain an important confirmation signal for QQQ.
Alphabet Inc Class A (NASDAQ: GOOGL)
GOOGL is currently trading around 351.00 and continues attempting to build on its recent stabilization. If buyers defend this level, price may rotate toward 357.50, followed by 364.00 if momentum improves. Sustained strength above 370.50 would reinforce the developing recovery.
If 351.00 fails to hold, sellers may guide price toward 345.00. A breakdown there could expose 339.00, while continued weakness may bring the 333.00 region into play. Continued participation alongside QQQ would strengthen the case that GOOGL's relative performance is improving.
Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ: META)
META is currently trading around 725.50 and remains one of the stronger mega cap names despite recent volatility. If buyers defend this pivot, a push toward 733.50 may develop, followed by 741.50 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 749.50 would reinforce the bullish structure and continued institutional demand.
If 725.50 breaks lower, sellers may guide price toward 718.00. A deeper pullback could test 710.50, while continued weakness may bring the 703.00 region into focus. META's relative performance should remain an important gauge of institutional appetite for large cap technology.
Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA)
TSLA is currently trading around 381.25 and continues to maintain a constructive short term structure. If buyers defend this pivot, a move toward 389.75 may develop, followed by 398.25 if momentum continues. Sustained strength above 406.75 would reinforce bullish momentum and indicate continued speculative demand.
If 381.25 fails to hold, sellers may test 373.25 quickly. Continued downside pressure could extend into 365.25, while deeper weakness may bring the 357.25 region into play. With the macro calendar extremely light, technical positioning and broader risk appetite could have greater influence on TSLA.
Final Word: Today's economic calendar closes out a very quiet week with the Preliminary University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment report at 10:00AM ET providing the primary scheduled U.S. catalyst. Markets will receive headline sentiment alongside Current Conditions, Expectations, and both one-year and five-to-ten-year inflation expectations. The inflation expectation components should receive the most attention because any meaningful move could influence Treasury yields and expectations for future Federal Reserve policy.
Consumer sentiment itself can also provide useful context on household confidence, but today's release is unlikely to carry the same weight as CPI, payrolls, PCE, or an FOMC decision unless the numbers materially surprise expectations. USDA Crop Production and WASDE reports follow at noon, primarily affecting agricultural and commodity markets rather than the broader equity indices.
With very little else scheduled and Boston Fed President Susan Collins' later remarks specifically excluding monetary policy discussion, today's session may ultimately remain driven by Treasury yields, technical positioning, individual stock leadership, and end-of-week flows. Unless Michigan sentiment or inflation expectations deliver a significant surprise, this could remain a more flow-driven Friday than a headline-driven one. Good luck, trade safely, and have a great weekend!
