Good Morning Traders! In today's RIPS Morning Memo, we will discuss SPY, QQQ, AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, META, and TSLA.
Our proprietary formula, exclusive to Market Clubhouse, dictates these price levels. This dynamic equation takes into account price, volume, and options flow. These levels are updated every day and shared with all Clubhouse Members, prior to the opening of the market.
We recommend closely monitoring these stocks, and be prepared to leverage potential breakouts or reversals. As always, stay alert and ready to adjust your tactics based on the market's pulse to optimize your trading gains. Now, let's dive into the stock analysis:
SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA: SPY)
SPY is currently trading around 769.75 as markets begin a very quiet macro week with today's focus concentrated on the services economy. If buyers defend this level, a move toward 775.75 may develop, followed by 781.75 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 787.75 would reinforce the short term bullish structure and suggest buyers remain comfortable adding exposure.
If SPY loses 769.75 with conviction, sellers may press into 763.75. A breakdown there could expose 757.75, while continued weakness may bring the 751.75 region into focus. With few major catalysts scheduled this week, technical levels, Treasury yields, and individual stock flows could carry more influence than usual.
Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 (NASDAQ: QQQ)
QQQ is currently trading around 749.50 and continues to hold a strong structure as technology remains a major source of market leadership. If buyers defend this pivot, price may advance toward 756.50, followed by 763.50 if momentum strengthens. Sustained strength above 770.50 would indicate continued institutional demand across growth stocks.
If 749.50 fails to hold, sellers may drive price toward 743.00. A deeper breakdown could expose 736.50, while continued weakness may bring the 730.00 region into play. Treasury yields should remain important, particularly if today's ISM Services Prices Paid component materially changes inflation expectations.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL)
AAPL is currently trading around 333.00 and continues to maintain a constructive structure despite recent volatility. If buyers defend this pivot, price may rotate toward 338.25, followed by 343.50 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 348.75 would reinforce the bullish short term structure.
If 333.00 breaks lower, sellers may test 328.00 quickly. Continued downside pressure could extend into 323.00, while deeper weakness may bring the 318.00 region into focus. Relative performance against QQQ should remain useful for evaluating institutional demand.
Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT)
MSFT is currently trading around 520.00 and remains firmly above the psychologically important 500 level. If buyers defend this area, price may advance toward 527.25, followed by 534.50 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 541.75 would reinforce the recovery and continued institutional sponsorship.
If 520.00 fails to hold, sellers may press into 513.00. A deeper pullback could test 506.00, while continued weakness may bring the 499.00 region into play. Maintaining acceptance above 500 keeps the broader structure considerably more constructive.
NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA)
NVDA is currently trading around 235.25 and remains an important leadership gauge for semiconductors and the broader technology complex. If buyers defend this pivot, a move toward 242.50 may develop, followed by 249.75 if momentum strengthens. Sustained trade above 257.00 would indicate continued upside expansion and stronger semiconductor participation.
If 235.25 fails to hold, sellers may test 229.25 quickly. Continued downside could extend into 223.25, while deeper weakness may bring the 217.25 region into focus. NVDA's ability to maintain momentum should remain an important confirmation signal for QQQ.
Alphabet Inc Class A (NASDAQ: GOOGL)
GOOGL is currently trading around 343.50 and continues attempting to stabilize after recent weakness. If buyers defend this level, price may rotate toward 350.00, followed by 356.50 if momentum improves. Sustained strength above 363.00 would indicate a more meaningful recovery attempt.
If 343.50 fails to hold, sellers may guide price toward 337.50. A breakdown there could expose 331.50, while continued weakness may bring the 325.50 region into play. Relative performance remains particularly important given GOOGL's inconsistent participation compared with several other mega cap names.
Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ: META)
META is currently trading around 726.50 and remains one of the stronger mega cap names despite recent consolidation. If buyers defend this pivot, a push toward 734.50 may develop, followed by 742.50 if momentum builds. Sustained strength above 750.50 would reinforce the bullish structure and continued institutional demand.
If 726.50 breaks lower, sellers may guide price toward 719.00. A deeper pullback could test 711.50, while continued weakness may bring the 704.00 region into focus. META's relative performance should remain an important gauge of institutional appetite for large cap technology.
Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA)
TSLA is currently trading around 370.00 and continues to hold an improved short term structure. If buyers defend this pivot, a move toward 378.50 may develop, followed by 387.00 if momentum continues. Sustained strength above 395.50 would reinforce bullish momentum and indicate stronger speculative demand.
If 370.00 fails to hold, sellers may test 362.00 quickly. Continued downside pressure could extend into 354.00, while deeper weakness may bring the 346.00 region into play. With the macro calendar relatively quiet, technical positioning and broader risk appetite could have greater influence on TSLA.
Final Word: Today's economic calendar kicks off what should be a relatively quiet week with the services economy providing the main scheduled catalyst. Final S&P Global Services and Composite PMI arrive at 9:45AM ET, followed by the more closely watched ISM Services report at 10:00AM ET. The headline index will provide an updated look at activity across the largest portion of the U.S. economy, while New Orders and Employment offer insight into demand and hiring.
ISM Services Prices Paid may be the most market sensitive component because persistent services inflation remains important for the Federal Reserve outlook. A meaningful increase could push Treasury yields higher if traders interpret it as evidence that inflation pressures remain sticky, while softer pricing data could ease some concerns around additional tightening. The Treasury's 3 and 6 Month Bill Auction at 11:30AM ET rounds out the scheduled calendar.
With relatively little major U.S. data expected this week compared with the heavy stretch markets just worked through, price action may become increasingly driven by Treasury yields, technical levels, positioning, and individual stock catalysts. Today's services data is therefore likely to receive more attention than it might during a busier week, but absent a major surprise, the broader market could remain more flow driven than headline driven. Good luck and trade safely!
