Good Morning Traders! In today's RIPS Morning Memo, we will discuss SPY, QQQ, AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, META, and TSLA.

Our proprietary formula, exclusive to Market Clubhouse, dictates these price levels. This dynamic equation takes into account price, volume, and options flow. These levels are updated every day and shared with all Clubhouse Members, prior to the opening of the market.

We recommend closely monitoring these stocks, and be prepared to leverage potential breakouts or reversals. As always, stay alert and ready to adjust your tactics based on the market's pulse to optimize your trading gains. Now, let's dive into the stock analysis:

SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA: SPY)

SPY is currently trading around 773.00 after Thursday's recovery, with price moving above yesterday's high at 772.87. That level now becomes an area for buyers to defend on a pullback, not an untouched upside target. If it holds, price may advance toward the October 7 low at 773.61. Clearing that barrier could bring Wednesday's opening reference at 774.92 into focus as the market works to repair more of this week's decline.

If 772.87 fails to hold and buyers cannot recover it, sellers may test Thursday's late pullback low at 771.80. Continued weakness could bring the earlier rebound high at 771.23 into play. Returning above 772.87 would weaken that downside scenario. Today's inflation and production reports could change the early tone, so watch whether strength spreads beyond a few large stocks and survives the first meaningful pullback.

Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 (NASDAQ: QQQ)

QQQ is currently trading around 727.25, still below Thursday's official close despite the recovery from yesterday's early low. If buyers reclaim the late pullback reference at 727.60, price may work back toward 728.00. A recovery that holds above that closing reference could bring yesterday's high at 729.43 into focus. Technology still needs broader participation, especially with concerns about the financing of AI expansion remaining part of the backdrop.

If Wednesday's low at 726.39 fails to hold, sellers may test Thursday's rebound high at 725.55. Losing that area could expose the afternoon pullback low at 723.25. Reclaiming 726.39 would interrupt that immediate downside path. Watch whether strength in TSLA and NVDA begins to lift the wider group. Individual winners can help the index without proving that the pressure across technology has ended.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL)

AAPL is currently trading around 343.25 after Thursday's early strength faded into a close near the session low. Price is now back above Monday's high at 342.63, making that an area for buyers to defend. If it holds, the recovery may extend through yesterday's late rebound high at 343.29. Clearing that barrier could bring the afternoon high at 344.60 into focus. Holding reclaimed ground would matter more than briefly touching it.

If Thursday's low at 341.60 breaks and cannot be recovered, sellers may test Tuesday's low at 340.74. The October 8 close at 340.42 sits just beneath it as another nearby reference. Returning above 341.60 would weaken the immediate downside case. Yesterday's China AI approval headline remains relevant carryover, but Thursday's reversal showed that a favorable company story did not keep the stock from giving back its early advance.

Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT)

MSFT is currently trading around 541.50 following Thursday's rebound, with price already back above yesterday's high at 541.13. If buyers defend that reclaimed area, the recovery may extend toward Monday's high at 542.74. Tuesday's low at 543.06 sits just beyond it. Those nearby references come before any attempt to recover the higher prices seen earlier this week, and a pullback that holds above yesterday's range would help keep the recovery intact.

If yesterday's late low at 539.00 fails to hold, sellers may test the afternoon pullback low at 538.61. Continued pressure could bring the earlier 536.60 low into play. Recovering 539.00 would interrupt that downside path. Britain's competition regulator today proposed giving Microsoft's business software strategic market status, opening the door to possible changes in bundling and customer choice. It is a proposal under consultation, not a final ruling, but it adds a separate headline risk to the broader technology backdrop.

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA)
NVDA is currently trading around 217.25 after recovering from Thursday's early selling. Today's expanded automated driving partnership with Mercedes adds a company catalyst, although the stock still has nearby resistance to clear. If buyers defend yesterday's late pullback area at 217.21, price may return to the earlier rebound high at 218.05, followed by the session high at 218.47. Wednesday's low at 219.64 becomes a higher recovery reference only if those barriers are cleared.

If Thursday's afternoon low at 216.81 breaks and cannot be recovered, sellers may test the earlier pullback low at 215.97. A further decline could bring the morning pullback reference at 215.36 into focus. Returning above 217.21 would weaken that downside scenario. Watch whether NVDA can preserve its early strength if other chip stocks struggle, rather than assuming a positive partnership announcement will carry the whole semiconductor group.

Alphabet Inc Class A (NASDAQ: GOOGL)

GOOGL is currently trading around 349.75 after Thursday's rebound from a sharp opening decline. Waymo's newly announced plan to bring its service to Toronto in 2028 adds a company headline, but that remains a future expansion rather than a service starting today. If buyers defend yesterday's late pullback low at 348.59, price may advance toward the October 9 low at 350.31. Clearing that reference could bring Thursday's afternoon rebound high at 350.88 into focus.

If 348.59 fails to hold, sellers may test the earlier afternoon low at 348.31. Continued weakness could bring the preceding pullback low at 346.86 into play. Reclaiming 348.59 would interrupt the downside path. Alphabet recovered from yesterday's opening decline, but gave back part of the later rebound. Watch whether today's advance can hold through the economic releases instead of fading when the broader technology group comes under pressure.

Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ: META)

META is currently trading around 740.50, back above Thursday's close but still inside yesterday's wide range. The late rebound high at 741.07 is the nearby area to reclaim and hold. If buyers can establish themselves above it, price may return to Thursday's high at 743.97. Continued strength could bring the October 5 high at 746.70 into focus. The first job is to keep the early recovery from giving back its progress.

If Thursday's afternoon low at 737.02 breaks and buyers cannot recover it, sellers may test the later pullback low at 734.30. A deeper decline could expose the earlier afternoon low at 731.63. Returning above 737.02 would weaken that downside case. With earnings scheduled for October 21, expectations around AI spending remain important, but today's cleaner test is whether META can hold recovered ground while the wider technology market remains uneven.

Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA)

TSLA is currently trading around 374.00 after last night's redesigned Roadster unveiling sparked a sharp move above Thursday's range. The demonstration featured SpaceX thrusters, with production targeted for 2028, so today's excitement is separate from near term deliveries. If buyers reclaim the October 7 low at 374.43, price may recover toward Tuesday's close at 375.23. Clearing that nearby barrier could bring the October 8 high at 375.96 into focus.

If TSLA remains below 374.43 and buyers cannot recover it, sellers may test Tuesday's opening reference at 372.33. A further retreat could bring Wednesday's high at 371.39 into play. Returning above 374.43 would weaken that immediate downside path. Much of the move has already happened before the cash open, so an opening surge alone would not show that buyers can defend the gap. Tesla's October 21 earnings remain the next major scheduled company test.

Final Word: Friday, October 16 brings September Import and Export Prices at 8:30AM ET, alongside the New York Fed's Business Leaders Survey, followed by Industrial Production and Capacity Utilization at 9:15AM ET. Import prices add another view of inflation pressure, while production shows how factory, mining and utility output is holding up. Both reports are still ahead. Stronger activity paired with rising prices could keep interest rate concerns in focus, while weak output would raise a different question about growth.

Fed Chair Kevin Warsh's overnight conversation with the IMF's managing director, scheduled for 11:30PM ET Thursday, offered optimism about economic resilience and AI's longer term benefits but no clear signal about the October rate decision. That leaves today's data relevant rather than settling the policy outlook. Tesla's Roadster reveal is generating a separate stock specific response, while concerns about the debt behind AI expansion remain a reason to watch whether the broader technology recovery gains support.

Stocks have a normal session today, with no holiday shortening the trading day. Watch participation, observable volume, Treasury yields and whether breaks hold when price returns to the same area. A strong move in one headline driven stock is useful to recognize, but broader leadership would make a market recovery more convincing. Keep the nearby levels in view before looking for distant extensions. Good luck, trade safely, and have a great Friday and weekend!
