Good Morning Traders! In today's RIPS Morning Memo, we will discuss SPY, QQQ, AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, META, and TSLA.

Our proprietary formula, exclusive to Market Clubhouse, dictates these price levels. This dynamic equation takes into account price, volume, and options flow. These levels are updated every day and shared with all Clubhouse Members, prior to the opening of the market.

We recommend closely monitoring these stocks, and be prepared to leverage potential breakouts or reversals. As always, stay alert and ready to adjust your tactics based on the market's pulse to optimize your trading gains. Now, let's dive into the stock analysis:

SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA: SPY)

SPY is currently trading around 767.00 after Wednesday's inflation driven decline, with today's spending and producer price reports providing the next major test. If buyers defend yesterday's low at 766.71, price may recover toward the afternoon reference at 767.69. Clearing that area could bring the rebound high at 768.49 into focus. A recovery that survives a pullback would carry more weight than an opening bounce that quickly loses its footing.

If 766.71 breaks lower and cannot be recovered, sellers may test the September 23 low at 766.50, followed by the September 25 low at 766.29. Continued pressure could bring the October 1 high at 765.65 into play. Reclaiming 766.71 would interrupt that downside path. Watch whether financial stocks and other sectors begin to stabilize alongside technology, since a broader recovery needs participation beyond a few large names.

Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 (NASDAQ: QQQ)

QQQ is currently trading around 719.00 after extending Wednesday's decline below the session's range. Concerns about the cost of funding AI expansion remain a pressure point for technology. If buyers reclaim the September 18 high at 721.73, price may recover toward the August 12 low at 722.92. Sustained strength there could bring the August 13 low at 724.03 into focus. Those are recovery hurdles, not levels the market has already repaired.

If QQQ remains below the September 9 high at 719.70 and buyers cannot recover it, sellers may guide price toward the September 17 high at 718.04. Continued weakness could test the September 11 high at 717.63. Returning above 719.70 would weaken that immediate downside scenario. Watch NVDA and MSFT for signs of stabilization. Apple holding up on its own would be useful leadership, but would not establish that the broader technology selling has ended.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL)

AAPL is currently trading around 346.25 with reports of Apple Intelligence approval in China helping the stock stand apart from the broader technology weakness. Reuters cited The Paper's interview with Tim Cook, which described a test version expected later this month. If buyers defend the September 22 high at 345.34, price may advance toward Wednesday's intraday rebound high at 346.81. Clearing that area could bring yesterday's high at 347.09 into focus.

If 345.34 fails to hold, sellers may test Wednesday's 344.20 pullback low. Continued selling could bring the later 343.74 swing low into play. Reclaiming 345.34 would interrupt that downside path. Tuesday's high at 348.15 remains a higher reference if the recovery expands, but nearby resistance needs to be cleared first. Watch whether Apple can preserve its relative strength through today's economic releases rather than surrendering the early advance.

Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT)

MSFT is currently trading around 531.25 after Wednesday's decline carried the stock below Monday's range, with the early weakness now extending below yesterday's low. If buyers reclaim the October 7 high at 531.73, price may recover toward the October 5 high at 532.35. Clearing that nearby barrier could bring Wednesday's low at 532.54 into focus. Holding reclaimed ground on a pullback would help show that buyers are beginning to repair the decline.

If MSFT cannot recover 531.73, sellers may press toward the October 7 close at 529.76, followed by the October 6 close at 529.30. A return above 531.73 would weaken that downside scenario. Microsoft's earnings remain scheduled for October 28, but today's more immediate issue is whether the stock can stabilize while the broader AI trade remains under pressure. A brief rebound that stalls below yesterday's range would leave that recovery incomplete.

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA)
NVDA is currently trading around 216.75 with continued semiconductor weakness leaving price below Wednesday's range. TSMC's earnings have already been released, making the chip group's response more useful than simply assuming strong reported profits will produce a rebound. If buyers reclaim the September 10 low at 217.20, price may recover toward the 218.03 to 218.15 area formed by other September lows. Clearing that resistance could bring Wednesday's low at 219.64 into focus.

If NVDA stays below the August 28 low at 216.81 and buyers cannot recover it, sellers may test the August 31 low at 216.21. Continued weakness could expose the September 1 low at 215.10. Returning above 217.20 would weaken that downside path. Buyers need to demonstrate that a recovery can hold through a pullback. Strength elsewhere in technology would help the backdrop, but NVDA still needs to reclaim its own nearby levels.

Alphabet Inc Class A (NASDAQ: GOOGL)

GOOGL is currently trading around 343.50 after Wednesday's reversal from 359.40, with the early decline now carrying price below yesterday's range. If buyers defend the October 7 low at 343.07, price may recover toward the September 30 close at 344.08. Continued strength could bring the October 6 low at 344.68 into focus. Protecting the first reclaimed area would make the recovery more convincing than a bounce that immediately gives back its progress.

If 343.07 breaks lower and cannot be reclaimed, sellers may test the October 5 low at 342.40. A deeper decline could bring the October 2 low at 341.16 into play. Returning above 343.07 would interrupt that downside scenario. Alphabet's next task is to stabilize after losing the relative strength seen earlier this week. Watch whether it begins to recover alongside QQQ rather than relying on a rebound carried by other technology names.

Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ: META)

META is currently trading around 729.00 after Wednesday's sharp reversal gave back much of the earlier week's advance. Price is now below yesterday's range, so the first task for buyers is to recover nearby resistance. If META reclaims the September 22 low at 730.00 and holds above it, price may work toward Wednesday's low at 734.29. Recovering that area would put the stock back inside yesterday's range and represent more meaningful progress.

If Friday's high at 728.07 fails to hold, sellers may guide price toward Monday's low at 727.64. Continued weakness could expose the October 5 low at 727.12. Reclaiming 728.07 would weaken the immediate downside case, while a recovery above 730.00 would repair more of the early damage. Watch whether buyers can preserve an initial rebound when price pulls back, especially if QQQ continues struggling to find support.

Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA)

TSLA is currently trading around 361.00 after slipping below Wednesday's range, with the Roadster unveiling expected this evening providing a separate company catalyst. If buyers reclaim the September 11 low at 361.60, price may recover toward the September 15 high at 362.39. Continued strength could bring the September 17 low at 363.22 into focus. Yesterday's low at 363.82 becomes relevant if that recovery continues, rather than being the first hurdle buyers face.

If the September 18 low at 360.75 fails to hold, sellers may test the October 1 high at 359.79. A breakdown there could expose the October 2 low at 359.41. Returning above 361.60 would weaken that downside path. Tesla's earnings are scheduled for October 21, but today's price action still needs to confirm whether buyers can stabilize the stock. Anticipation around the Roadster does not remove the pressure from broader technology selling.

Final Word: Thursday, October 15 brings September PPI and Retail Sales at 8:30AM ET, alongside weekly jobless claims and the Empire State and Philadelphia Fed manufacturing surveys. PPI tracks prices received by producers, while retail sales show how consumer spending is holding up. Together, these releases will help distinguish persistent price pressure from changes in demand. Strong spending paired with hot producer prices could reinforce interest rate concerns, while weaker spending could raise questions about growth rather than automatically providing relief.

Yesterday's CPI report showed consumer prices rising 0.6 percent in September and 3.7 percent over the year, keeping inflation concerns in focus. Overnight selling has continued across technology as investors question how higher borrowing costs could affect funding for AI expansion. TSMC has already reported strong earnings, but the sector still needs to demonstrate support through price action. Apple's separate China AI headline is a useful reminder that individual stocks can move differently from the broader group.

Business Inventories arrive at 10:00AM ET, followed by the EIA petroleum report at 12:00PM ET, delayed by Monday's holiday. Cleveland Fed President Beth Hammack's fireside discussion at 4:30PM ET comes after the cash close, while Fed Chair Kevin Warsh's conversation with the IMF's managing director is scheduled for 11:30PM ET tonight. For the regular session, watch stock participation, Treasury yields and whether recovery attempts hold on a pullback. Good luck, trade safely, and have a great Thursday!
