Good Morning Traders! In today's RIPS Morning Memo, we will discuss SPY, QQQ, AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, META, and TSLA.

Our proprietary formula, exclusive to Market Clubhouse, dictates these price levels. This dynamic equation takes into account price, volume, and options flow. These levels are updated every day and shared with all Clubhouse Members, prior to the opening of the market.

We recommend closely monitoring these stocks, and be prepared to leverage potential breakouts or reversals. As always, stay alert and ready to adjust your tactics based on the market's pulse to optimize your trading gains. Now, let's dive into the stock analysis:

SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSEARCA: SPY)

SPY is currently trading around 694.25, sitting near the upper end of its recent range as the market digests last week’s volatility. If buyers can continue to defend this area early, price may grind higher toward 696.10, where acceptance would signal confidence heading into the weekend. A sustained push through that level could open a path toward 697.85, with an extension toward 699.50 possible if momentum firms. These upside levels reflect areas where sellers previously leaned in and will need to be absorbed again.

If SPY fails to hold 694.25, downside pressure could develop into 692.70 rather quickly. A break there may invite sellers to test 691.10, an area that previously acted as short term support. Continued weakness could expose 689.50, and if risk sentiment deteriorates late in the session, a deeper pullback toward 687.90 is possible. Losing these levels would suggest traders are reducing exposure into the close.

Invesco QQQ Trust Series 1 (NASDAQ: QQQ)

QQQ is currently trading around 625.50, holding near a consolidation zone after recent rotation within tech. A firm hold here could allow price to work into 627.20, where buyers will need to show follow through. If strength builds, QQQ may extend into 629.10, with a stronger push targeting 631.00 as momentum expands. These levels matter as they align with prior rejection areas from earlier in the month.

If QQQ slips below 625.50, sellers could test 623.90 fairly quickly. Failure to hold there may open the door toward 622.30, with continued pressure exposing 620.75. A move into those lower levels would suggest tech leadership is cooling as traders reposition ahead of next week.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL)

Apple is currently trading around 257.50, attempting to stabilize after recent downside movement. Holding this area allows for a potential rebound into 258.90, where buyers may test conviction. Continued strength could lift price into 260.10, with a more constructive session allowing for a push toward 261.40. These upside steps would reflect buyers slowly regaining confidence rather than aggressive chasing.

If Apple loses 257.50, sellers may press into 256.30. A break there could expose 255.10, an area where buyers previously stepped in. Continued weakness could drag price toward 253.85, especially if broader market sentiment softens into the close.

Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT)
Microsoft is currently trading around 457.75, sitting at a sensitive inflection point after sustained pressure. If buyers can defend this level, price may attempt a recovery into 459.40, followed by a move toward 461.25 if momentum builds. A stronger rebound could target 463.10, signaling renewed interest in large cap leadership.

If 457.75 fails, downside pressure could accelerate into 456.20. Continued selling may expose 454.50, with a deeper pullback opening toward 452.75. These levels will be important in determining whether selling pressure remains dominant.

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA)

NVIDIA is currently trading around 188.75, holding near a short term pivot after recent volatility. A firm base here could allow price to lift into 190.40, with continuation pushing toward 192.10 if buyers step back in. A stronger expansion could test 194.00 as momentum traders reengage.

If NVDA breaks below 188.75, sellers may guide price into 187.10. Failure to stabilize there could lead to a test of 185.50, with further weakness exposing 183.90. These levels will be critical as semiconductors remain sensitive to shifts in risk appetite.

Alphabet Inc Class A (NASDAQ: GOOGL)

Alphabet is currently trading around 334.25, hovering near recent highs as buyers attempt to maintain control. Holding above this level keeps the path open for a move into 336.00, with follow through strength targeting 338.10. A more extended push could reach toward 340.00 if momentum remains intact.

If GOOGL slips below 334.25, sellers may test 332.60. Continued weakness could expose 330.80, with a deeper pullback toward 328.90 possible if profit taking accelerates into the weekend.

Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ: META)

Meta is currently trading around 623.00, sitting near a short term balance area. Holding this zone could allow a push into 625.40, followed by a move toward 628.00 if buyers remain active. A stronger session could extend toward 630.50 as momentum improves.

If 623.00 fails to hold, sellers may push price into 621.20. A break there could open the door toward 619.10, with further downside exposing 617.00 if selling pressure builds.

Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA)

Tesla is currently trading around 441.00, attempting to stabilize after recent swings. A hold above this level could allow price to recover into 443.80, with continuation pushing toward 446.50 if buyers step in. A stronger push could test 449.25 into the close.

If TSLA loses 441.00, sellers may test 438.90. Continued weakness could expose 436.50, with a deeper pullback toward 434.00 possible if momentum turns decisively negative.

Final Word: Today’s session rounds out the second full week of January 2026 with a relatively light economic calendar, though volatility can still emerge due to positioning and options related flows. One key factor today is MOPEX, which refers to monthly options expiration. MOPEX often brings increased intraday volatility as large institutional players hedge, roll, or unwind options positions, particularly around widely traded strikes. This can lead to sharp and sometimes counterintuitive price movements, especially in index products like SPY and QQQ.

On the data front, attention begins at 9:15AM ET with December Industrial Production and Capacity Utilization, which provide insight into manufacturing strength and overall economic activity. At 10:00AM ET, the January NAHB Housing Market Index will offer a read on builder confidence as housing remains sensitive to interest rate expectations.

Fed speakers will also be in focus today. At 11:00AM ET, Federal Reserve Vice Chair for Supervision Michelle Bowman speaks on the outlook for the economy and monetary policy, followed later at 3:30PM ET by Federal Reserve Vice Chair Philip Jefferson, who will discuss the economic outlook and policy implementation. With a light data schedule, markets may react more strongly to commentary from these speakers, especially as traders position into the weekend. Expect thinner liquidity, options related volatility, and potential late day swings as the week comes to a close. Good luck and happy Friday!
